10 Reasons Why I’m Going to Bible Study Today
10. We have one week left and the study is really good. We’re at the end of Anointed, Transformed and Redeemed: A Study of David.
9. I missed Arel’s birthday party last week when I was sick and want to be there for her this week.
8. Life is pulling me into directions of chaos and stress. Going to the weekly Bible study allows me to get entered on God and unfocused on the drama of daily living.
7. Last night I was so sick, the advice nurse told me to go to the urgent care center and thought I could have a throat obstruction. Kim and Felecia prayed with me, and this morning the sore throat is more tolerable than it was yesterday. I’m well enough to listen at the study, though I’ll be more silent during the discussions.
6. My hair looks good. It’s a girl thing!
5. Summer is coming in two weeks, the kids will be out of school, and I’ll be craving adult conversation. Women’s Bible Study allows me time to be with women of various ages and offers a great advantage to enrich friendships with women of faith.
4. I caught up on my work and the rush of filling Mothers Day Gift orders and Graduation Gift orders is over.
3. Nothing is more important that time with God.
2. Each time I attend Bible study with the other women, I grow in my faith and understanding of the Bible.
1. I can buy a Cinnamon Dolce Latte at my church and bring it upstairs into the room where we have our small group session. Yum!
