Who is Anita Renfroe
Once again we have an opportunity to hear Anita Renfroe at the Design 4 Living Conference. I wanted to introduce you to Anita Renfroe so you’ll know a little about her before attending the conference.
Anita Renfroe is described as a Christian version of Erma Bombeck. In 2008 was featured on 15 segments of Good Morning America. Anita has appeared on Dr. Phil, The Early Show, Fox and Friends and Oprah. In 2007, Anita performed at the Women of Faith conference in front of 40,000 women. She went from a stay-at-home Mom to a wildly funny comedian blessed with faith.
Watching Anita requires a big box of facial tissue, because she has you laughing so hard you’ll want to cry tears of happiness. She brings the common elements of being a Mom and women into her comedy and touches the wisdom box of anyone who listens.
I’ve enjoyed reading books authored by Anita Renfroe. Last year at a Mothers Day Tea, my friend Linda gave me a copy of The Purse Drive Life, a really funny look at women and their handbags. I liked it so much, I bought a copy for my Mother-in-Law, a former New York fashion model who continues to dress like Saks Fifth Ave, even at 84 years old! The book was a perfect Birthday Gift for her!
Anita Renfroe has published a total of five books including

In addition to the published books, Anita has created several DVD’s. I found a few at Netflix and was able to watch the same performances that I saw Anita perform at the church conference. My personal favorite is the Anita Renfroe MomSense Video, seen on YouTube. My children hate listening to it because it reflects their consistent nagging and demands. Her newest DVD is called “It’s Probably My Thyroid” and can be purchased from her online store.
If you just can’t get enough laughter, then get her CD’s and listen in the car. When you memorise the words to her MomSense Song, you’ll be able to embarrass your kids with the empowering words!
So grab some girlfriends, get Anita Renfroe’s DVD and have fun laughing at motherhood and life through the eyes of a Christian comedian. It’s a great opportunity to share memories with other Moms.
