Giveaway Rules

1. These rules are applicable to all product Giveaways from LifeVerseJewelry.com and Life-Verse.com
2. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these rules and the final outcome of the Giveaway.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter the Giveaway.
4. The sole purpose of the giveaway is to promote products for Sponsors and LifeVerse™ Jewelry.
5. Winner agrees to allow name, website and state to be listed on the Winner Page of this website.
6. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the giveaway.
7. Giveaway is only available to US residents and products are shipped by USPS mail.
8. Sponsor and LifeVerse™ Jewelry are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail. One the package is shipped, it becomes your responsibility and liability and will not be replaced or redelivered by Sponsor or LifeVerse™ Jewelry.
9. We are not responsible for any technical problems, malfunctions of telephone systems, computer servers, email issues, hardware/software failure, or any email entry that has failed. It is your responsibility to ensure that your comment has posted in the giveaway.
10. Spamcomments are deleted and not accepted for entry. We use a spam filtering program from Webpress.com. No exceptions to the spam filtering, if your entry did not appear, then resubmit without the spam links and content. Offensive language and content is not accepted for entry and will be deleted as spam. Links to offensive sites and language are deleted as spam. To learn more about spam in blogs, click here.  Sponsor and LifeVerse™ Jewelry have the ultimate authority to delete spam content, no exceptions.
11. We reserve the right to modify the giveaway rules at any time. It is your responsibility to review the rules and contact us with any questions.
12. Affiliate, sponsor, and other giveaway events: when we participate as a Giveaway Sponsor for another blog or website, these Giveaway rules stated above will prevail.
13. LifeVerse™ Jewelry, images and products are protected by copyright law and may not be used or duplicated without written permission from LifeVerse™ Jewelry.

Odds of Winning

The actual odds of winning will depend on how many people enter the giveaway. Our blog is fairly new, so your odds are excellent while we build a list of blog subscribers. As the subscriber list grows, the odds of winning will change. Check the number of comments on the actual giveaway to see the current odds of winning that particular giveaway.

Random Drawing

Giveaway winners are selected by random drawing from all entries received online. No offline entries are permitted. You can enter more than once, so each time you link or post a comment, then you re entered into the random drawing. We use Random.org to select the winner.

Winner Notification

Giveaway winners are notified by email, so be sure to include your correct email address and unblock us from your spam folders. We require winners to respond by email within 5 days of  the email notification date. If we do not hear from you within the 5 days of sending the email notification, we will select another random winner and your entry is null and void.
